Trekking tours through the rain forests are available on the island of Bastimentos, where you will be able to enjoy bathing in cool springs whilst being in the company of monkeys, sloths and parrots. Bocas town is a lively and vibrant place. The people are wonderful and always smiling. The town has many places to stay and a variety of restaurants serving everything from Chinese to Italian not forgetting the local cuisines of fresh seafood accompanied with the amazing flavors of Bocas - the home made hot pepper sauce is great on just about everything but be careful when you pour! The night life in Bocas offers an assortment of salsa and modern music that will have you dancing til dawn. The beauty of this place is astounding and the warmth of the people amazing – Bocas truly is an unforgettable place.
